Starting your chair yoga journey with me, will be a rewarding experience. 

Come and feel the joy and ease, with the aid of a chair to access relaxation and gentle stretching.  Moving with your breath through a full range of movements within classic Hatha poses. Adaptations to suit those who wish to enhance their regular fitness routine, to the less mobile or injured, through to the desk worker.
